The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with a wider selection.

I recently had a very pleasurable stay at a charming cottage in Huddersfield. the accommodation was great and offered excellent value for money. the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the area surrounding the cottage was clean and enjoyable to explore on foot, with a local store conveniently located nearby. the rooms were clean, bright, and well-decorated, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. the shower was also a highlight, providing a refreshing experience after a long day of exploring.
There was a minor inconvenience with the TV in the cottage, as it wasn't a smart TV or equipped with a DVD player. This meant that I could only access free view channels, which limited my entertainment options.

We had a blast exploring all the awesome activities in Huddersfield. We visited the Nature Reserves and had a blast spotting cool wildlife. The museums were sick and we learned so much. And OMG, the trip to Castle Hill was mind-blowingly stunning. The view was next level, man. We were all about that steam train ride too, feeling like legit train enthusiasts. The best part was that we had all these rad experiences without any distractions. We could just focus on having a total blast the whole time!
The only thing we wished for was more options for party animals like us. Don't get me wrong, the trip was totally lit, but we were craving some awesome nightlife.

We had the best time hanging with our squad and exploring the sick nature reserves nearby. We even got to ride a legit steam train and take in the epic scenery. The location was dope, with museums and Castle Hill just a stone's throw away. We were able to fully enjoy our trip and have a mad adventure!
The one thing that would have made our stay even better is if there were more options for young party-goers. Although the area was great for nature lovers and sightseeing, we were hoping for some rad nightlife spots or cool clubs to hit up.

The bedrooms at Plover Cottage were absolutely stunning! The en suite master bedroom on the mezzanine had the most breathtaking church views from its balustrades. The king size bed in the other bedroom was dressed in such cozy and good quality linen. As a young family, we felt like we were sleeping on cloud nine!
Honestly, the only thing I liked less was the abundance of sunlight in the Retreat apartment. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
